Description

As pointed out by antranig in https://github.com/amb26/universal/pull/4, we should be consistent in our naming of preferences containing *Enable.

Currently all terms are using "*Enabled" except for:

      .net/common/slowKeysEnable": "control.keyboardEnhancement.slowKeys.-provisional-slowKeysEnable",
      "http://registry\\.gpii
      .net/common/debounceEnable": "control.keyboardEnhancement.debounceKeys.-provisional-debounceEnable",

Which as can be seen are missing a "d" at the end. Either all should use the "enable" form or they should use the "enabled" form - but we should be consistent
