Can we stop including the node.js binary file into the installer repo?

      Description

Actually, the installer includes the node.js binary file (https://github.com/GPII/gpii-wix-installer/blob/master/staging/node.exe), can we get rid of this? This can lead us to experiment node version mismatch problems (as the one I had before you pushed https://github.com/GPII/gpii-wix-installer/commit/8af264bab14d9ef30c71a4578a31e599b195ba87)

From my experience in packaging software for GNU/Linux, I'd say that node should be treated as a dependency, if it's not installed on the system, we should install it as part of our installation process. Can we do such a similar thing?
