Reset to standard at startup leaves the user session in a wrong state

      Description

      After the “reset all to standard” takes place at startup, the system ends up as following:

      1. The system is restored to its defaults but, the icon is in blue, meaning that somebody is keyed-in
      2. Right clicking on the morphic tray icon says: “keyed in with null”
      3. And the QSS it’s like nobody is keyed in

      also,

      • If you click on Reset all to standard, now the “Keyed in with null” disappears
      • But, if you key-in with any user (i.e.: snapset_1a) the user gets keyed-in BUT the icon remains white (no user keyed-in) and the QSS nor the PSP are aware that a user is indeed keyed in
