Currently UIO+ is able to apply user customizations to many web sites and can source user preferences from a web socket connection to morphic. However, those preferences are not applied to the UIO+ panel interface itself.
Not all of the preferences make sense to apply to the panel itself. e.g. a table of contents. So we'll have to determine which preferences should be enacted in the panel and/or devise some automated method for determining this. Also not sure how things like zooming would be applied to the panel. And much like UIO's separated panel, we'll want to hold off applying changes to the panel until after it has been closed and re-opened. This is to prevent any issues with controls moving while using them and potentially getting into a situation where the controls cannot be perceived due to the current preference applied (e.g. if a user is testing out different contrasts or font styles).
